Recipes for modeling dough

1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 tablespoons cream of tartar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon cooking oil
food coloring

Mix all together.  Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until soft ball forms.  Knead while cooling.  Store in tight container.

1 cup boiling water
food coloring

Mix and knead.  Refrigerate after use.  Store in tight container.
